Hi all.
I purchased one of these earlier in the year for my wife and only starting wearing it lately but it's burning her Arm really badly.
I see this is a very common problem and are Samsung doing anything about it?
I'm based in Ireland TIA..

So after sending them messages with every last detail they tell me to return it to the retailer which isn't possible.
So now it's time for professional advice on the matter. Some joke that it's a well known

After spending over 5K on new Samsung products in the last 12 months I get treated like this.
They can check my Samsung Account to verify these products.
