Samsung Watch Activity - Swimming accuracy

I'm considering this watch and monitoring swimming activities is an important issue for me (Im doing it right now with a TomTom), any experience regarding the Samsung Watch Active accuracy recording the number of laps?

I am using mine for swimming and it is very eratic I do triathlons and it looses signal in the water.

Thanks! One question, is the watch accurate in indoor swimming? I will mainly work out at pools. Does the phone measures correctly the number of laps?
