My watch didn't turn on when i update version 2.2.08.21093051

the battery suddenly drain so much to 0 percent and when I charge it . it still 0percent and black screen I try to reboot but it show samsung loading a bit and it dead again

@Hou Narith: I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue. Are you using the original charger that came packaged with the Watch Active 2? If so, try wiping the gold charging contacts on the watch and charger, then place the device on charge, and leave it for at least 15 minutes. Are you able to establish a charge in this period?
