Samsung watch active 2 screen not responding

Hi!

I just found my Samsung watch active 2 after it being lost for a year. When I charged it up and turned it on, it would not respond to any touch. I'm addition to that, it seems to register touches on its own (read that someone called it ghost touches). I have tried to update it, restart it and factory reset it, but the problem remains the same. Does anyone have a solution? In advance, thanks for all the hjelp:)

Hi, I am experiencing the same problem. Hadn't charged my watch for a week because I didn't need to wear it. Now it no longer charges and I need it for ecg readings. Really upset that this has happened. Only had my watch for a year.
