Hi,
I have bought the Watch 4 a few months ago. I watched it for one week and took it off, because of burned skin and skin irritations. I went to a doctor to check for allergies like the metal on the under part of the watch, but no allergies at all. He assured, that those were burn marks and bruned skin and whatever I use, I should take a break from it. So I took the watch again a few days ago and it seems, that the sensor causes the problem. Unluckily I don't know whether it's a production error for this one or something else and I don't know whether warranty covers this or not, so I'd highly appreciate suggestions

Hey @ReaperN! If you are based in the UK/Ireland, please could you send a PM over to @Sam_UK with further information? One of the mods will be on hand to get this escalated for you. Here's a guide on how to send a PM: https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/samsung-lounge/how-to-send-a-private-message-on-the-samsung-comm...
If you would prefer, you can raise this with one of our Support Teams instead, their contact information can be found here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/

Hi @StephK1 Thanks for the quick answer, unfortunately I'm based in Germany, so I guess, I'm going to try to contact one of the Support Teams.
