Samsung Watch 4 randomly disconnects

Does anyone else face an issue where the Samsung watch disconnects randomly even though they both are on and so is Bluetooth? Mine randomly disconnects at least once a day.

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra and Samsung Watch 4.

Hi have you recently installed Google assistant on your watch 4?
If so check for a software update on the watch, if there is one that will fix the issue.

Google assistant was installed but I don't use it so I just disabled it.

Have you cleared the cache partition?

The cache partition? What's that?
I know the clearing cache but not sure what cache partition is.

What's the steps to clear that?
