Samsung Watch 4 - Length of the band for the 40mm and the 44mm watches?

Hi all, I'm looking to purchase the watch 4 but would like to know the length of the band for the 40mm and the 44mm.

I've asked samsung on chat but they can't seem to find out.

However going by your sizes if it's the s/m that's in the 40mm I should be fine

So it seems the Watch 4 40mm comes with a s/m band and the

Watch 4 44mm comes with a m/l band

so if your wrist is 170, maybe 175 for a bit of space, which size to get?

samsung is telling me to go with m/l, in store that one for me was using the 3rd smallest hole, so wondering if s/m would be better.
