Samsung Watch 4 dual whatsapp notifications

Hi guys, my new Watch 4 receives full whatsapp notifications with text and images only with one SIM; on the second sim I only receive text messages without images and a small icon representing the attached image, but i can't open it.

Do you have same issue?

I've just received an email saying my Watch 4 Classsic LTE will be delivered tomorrow so I'm assuming Samsung are sending some out early haha

I have exactly the same issue.

New Galaxy Watch 4 connected with a S20 FE 5G and i fully receive all the text notifications from both the WhatsApps, but the pictures only from the first one. Instead the cloned version shows me only a small camera icon, showing that a picture has been sent.

Anyone in the community that has been able to fix this issue?
