I bought watch 4 classic almost a years ago and I am wearing it everyday and use it in my daily life. some month ago, after last update, the watch cycling section does not work same as before, and when I am activating the Cycling manually, it does not show speed and distance. the end of day, i just know howmany hours I ride by bike. but no distance, no speed, even no auto pause.
could you please support me.

Samsung support has acknowledged a software problem and keeps on saying a fix will be released soon.
They are loosing credibility and I am wondering if I can claim my money back for the watch
