I ordered some buds live and watch on a deal at Samsung.com . Order was due to arrive on the 15th of Feb but didn't. I checked the tracking next day and I noticed that samsung has requested to return order back to them?
I have since had a nightmare dealing with their not so helpful customer services.
Received emails saying order shipped, then order delivered, then I have requested a return and that they will be in touch and so on.
What a terrible service, took my money and now I'm having to chase them and spend hours on the phone.
