Samsung support - A month and still no response

Hi all,

So my galaxy 4 watch GPS has stopped working for a second time since purchase. Had to send it for repairs last time. Now it's been a month since I told samsung support about this issue and no response.

What else can I do about this and what are your worst samsung support experiences?

Same here, had it returned from service centre today with a report saying all fine no fault. Have spent all evening trying to get it to lock on... no joy

Mine worked fine for about a month and went back to no GPS tracking 😞
