Samsung's idiotic responses to error reports

I have sent in quite a few error reports now regarding various issues.  When I send these reports, the send system log data below the message is always already ticked.  However every time they reply they ask me to send system log data!

Also I sent in an error report today to report excessive battery drain on my Galaxy watch 4 when using spotify (It drained by 20% in just 1 hour while I was using it in the gym)

Again the system log was already ticked and again they responded asking me to send system log data! Not only that, they asked me to send in a video of the issue!!

How exactly am I going to record a video showing the battery draining when im using spotify? Sit there for an hour recording me using spotify and showing my watch battery level? Unbelievable.
