Just recieved my ear buds back from Samsung repair only took 5 working days in total from being picked up to being delivered back to me and wow what a difference in sound quality, the left ear bud clearly had a major fault because now i have a much deeper bass and the sound is so much louder through the left bud making the music experience so much better. Thank you Samsung!
