Has anyone had bother returning samsung buds + from o2 contracts ..... one of my buds has been faulty since I opened and charged the buds and it has been a merry-go-round trying to return them under warranty. I've went through trouble shooting myself and with a samsung expert ... who said they're faulty but said i had to return them to o2 ...... still waiting fir a message from samsung 😡😡😡😡😡😡
