I purchased a Samsung s22 ultra on Feb 26 and claimed Samsung Galaxy buds pro I have updated the correct details and purchase invoice also but the product was delivered to the wrong address. The delivery team is not responding and the Samsung promotions team is not responding properly and wasting time please rectify my issue. Every week I am getting new answers from your Samsung promotions team one time they are saying a police complaint, the investigation is going on, once and we will send the product within 2 days every time we are getting new answers...Every week I am calling but my issue is not rectifying.
