Hi,
I have the same problem and many other users seem to have reported this issue. Some threads on the subject are a few years old which means Samsung does not seem to care about their customers.
I have reset my watch and tried uninstalling the app (You can't apparently).
My watch is due for replacement and have decided to go for another brand. Really sad.
Samsung if you read this thread please stop forcing your home grown apps. If I like your app, I'll download it. If you force me to use it, automatically, I won't like it!
