Samsung Pay - says my ID is invalid but when I login into Samsung account it's okay?

Hi does anyone know why when I want to use Samsung Pay app it says my ID is invalid but when I login into Samsung account it's okay?

Finally!!  I got the solution 😍😍😍

Uninstall the watch pay plug-in from your phone 

 Then download that specific version of

it 2.7.16.20006

And here's a link for the plug-in apk

I think they are back peddling fast. My refund request and threat of ACCC action got my case escalated to a 'case manager' I didn't bother with the support drones. If it is a bug great! But so many of us have not gotten a clear answer. Either gets fixed or the community can make the issue a big thing.
