So I've posted before that Samsung Pay+ on my Watch 5 Pro doesn't work on TFL (Transport for London) at all but it does work on the phone as well as the physical Samsung Pay+ card.
I've used it with the Watch successfully a couple of times on stores but now it has since fully stopped working. This is at a supermarket in the UK called Sainsburys. This is what happens when I try to tap it. I took out the Galaxy S10+ and it worked instantly. Is this a hardware fault? Should I contact Samsung?

I'm guessing Samsung doesn't even look at these forums. Have you tried contacting support? Might try that because this is insane for a supposed high end smartwatch
