@Pete206: Sorry to hear that you're having issues claiming your free gift. Can you confirm which phone you purchased, and where from? Did the Promotions team specify what information was missing from the forms you submitted? Typically, if related to proof of purchase, the receipt/invoice/contract details should contain the retailer/network logo, reference to the phone, the amount paid and the date of purchase/contract start date.
