Hi , Samsung Health used 38% of my battery charge this morning , is this always the case ? Can I limit it somehow or it just is what it is ?

Hi! Do you close the applications down when they are not in use, or leave them running in the background? This can cause battery to drain rapidly!

Leave them running , I'm sure there's another post on here about it , causes problems if you turn it off ? Might be wrong 😕 🤔
