Samsung Health steps not updateing

Hi, I I need some help 

I have a Samsung Galaxy fit, on Samsung Health it says I have done 200 steps. on my watch it says I have done 1000 I want it to update up to 1000 on Samsung health. I keep refreshing Samsung heath but it doesn't work. I have also Powerd of my phone and watch and disconnected my watch from my phone.

Go into your steps on the Samsung Health. Click the 3 dots menu - select step data to show & choose all steps. This should cause your app to show both from your phone & your watch.
