Samsung Health on Phone vs. On Galaxy Watch 3

I know I'm not the only one who has this problem. I can choose aqua aerobics on my phone, but not on my new Galaxy Watch 3. My phone is not going in the pool with me, but my watch is. When will that oversight be rectified? The watch should activate any activity we can access on the phone app. Please fix this problem.

@ChgoLvr2: If you open the Samsung Health app on your phone > Exercises > Aqua Aerobics > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Accessories, are you able to link your Galaxy Watch 3 from here to track your data?

I can manually record my workouts by following the instructions AndrewL provided above, but the watch does not have the aqua aerobics listed as a workout.
