Samsung Health measure the pulse rate rarely

Hi !

I have a samsung galaxy active watch. Does anybody know why Samsung Health measure the pulse rate only every hour or less often automatically (if I am at rest, sitting at my desk). It has been set to measure to every 10 minutes, but lately it doesn’t works well.

The weather application have the same problem. It has been set to update every hour. But it barely refreshes itself or much less frequently.

The bluetooth connection ok, the setted parameters ok. What could be the problem?

i have the samething its anoying, on the watch it scans every 10 min but on the samsung shealth app it shows only every hour

I have an Active watch 2 and same issue, HR monitoring is set to every 10 minutes but in the app you only see an hourly measurement.
