Im sure my question is pretty simple to answer, but I haven't found out answered anywhere yet (probably buried when it was answered ages ago... Repeatedly!)
My question is, when cycling and using Samsung Health to track performance etc (even route I suppose? The watch does have Google Maps), do I need my phone with me to update data live, or can it be left at home and I can just sync it later?
I have Galaxy s21 fe and Galaxy 4 watch, and this is the first time I've ever tried having a workout, usually doing it just for fun. I'm getting old now though and must admit to being curious as to how I'm really performing (past a stop watch!).
