Samsung Gear S (SM-R750) S Health doesn’t measure heartbeat or track sleep

Hello, I have a Samsung Gear S(SM-R750), it suddenly stopped measuring heartbeat or tracking sleeps, when you try to measure your heartbeat on S Health it says it cant be read and also no sleep tracking recorded, any idea on this?

have you tried to give the sensor a wipe? Are the watch and the Wearable/Gear app up to date?
