samsung gear 360 camera

After the big update the 360 camera (2017) not working properly 

-you can open the camera via app

-take photos 

-record video 

THE GALLERY HAS CRASH AND NOT OPPENING!!

you can still use the camera but you can't see your picture/video...if you have an old device try connecting ...

Please put out a fix for this.  I have the exact same issue.  I can record and change settings but if I click on Gallery or the preview button in camera mode, the app just crashes.  This happens on my 1st Gen Samsung Fold.  I tried it with my old Note 5 and it works fine.

That isn't an acceptable response. They will need to either support it or provide what is required for a downgrade.

Same here, my 360 camera is effectively unusable.
