Samsung gear 2 changed battery changed cradle still not working anybody got any ideas please

Isn't the battery non removable in the Samsung Gear s2

Hi gently clean the contacts on the cradle and the back of gear were the four corners I've noticed if a small amount debris like skin cells in the four tiny holes and make sure the 2 metal contacts are free from sweat I've noticed if I don't clean mine inbetween charges gunk builds up when exercising
