Samsung galaxy watch vibrate every 10 sec

I have been have been having issues with my samsu.g galaxy watch continues to vibrate every 10 sec. I cant get it to stop. In order for it to stop I have to disconnect amd reconnect from Wearable but then it will happen again.

Please help does anyone continuously  have this issue

Hey @Lene! Are you still having issues with this? Try restarting the watch: press and hold the Home button once and then select Power off. After a few seconds, turn it back on by pressing and holding the Home button.
