Samsung galaxy watch sleep tracking

I have upgraded from watch 5 to watch 6 and find the same issue with failure to track my sleep. I am a "senior citizen" with the need to answer the call of nature several times during the night. My watch doesn't track when I go to bed or when I go back after being up in the night. My watch is securely attached to my wrist ... it records everything else like exercise. I very seldom get proper sleep tracking. Is this just me? Does anyone else have this issue? Any advice?

@Jimelizabeth Do you have a Sleep Mode activated, ensure the watch is not in a low power Mode. some users have previously reported issues when getting up during the night.
Ideas include the following:
Ensure watch/apps are on latest update.
Go to Settings-Apps-Samsung Health on phone, clear Data. Information will be restored when it sets up again.
Try a Forced Restart,press and hold the lower Button on watch for at least 7 seconds,release Button when watch restarts.
If necessary perform a Factory Reset after Backing Up.

- Launch the “Galaxy wearable app” on your phone that is connected to your watch.
- Next, tap on “General -> Reset -> Reset”.
- Finally, tap on “Reset” to factory reset your Galaxy Watch. Alternatively Using Watch:
- On your watch, tap on “Settings”.
- Next, tap on “General”.
- Now, locate the “Reset” option.
- Finally, tap on the “Reset” opti onto factory reset your Galaxy Watch .

some people don't prefer to factory reset the watch like me, I understand it can fix the issue sometimes however it's a firmware bug, Samsung should consider updating the watch6 with bug fixes and improved performance overall as my watch6 seems to be stuttering a lot as well, I like using watch6 health tracking, not to have issues, but they exist already. 😒
