I've seen on other forums that some Uk networks are experiencing delays of the watch.
You would need to push your network a little harder for an expected date but if there on delay that's all they'll tell you until your order status changes to despatch.
Alternatives are to check in your network Highstreet Store to see if they supply them and then check if you can cancel your online order and after your account reverts back then pick one up in a store.
Or look to buy one direct from Samsung UK Online or from a Samsung Experience Store on the Highstreet.
