Samsung galaxy watch issue

my daughter was playing with my watch and reset it to factory settings. I've managed to reinstall everything inhad however none of the watch faces I already had will install on the watch. Even when I hold down the watch face to change it just takes me to the galaxy store rather than being able to chose from the stock watch faces. Has anyone had this issue before?

Try looking in......

 

Galaxy Store.

Press the Menu Icon.

Choose My Apps.

Watch Faces.

Your watch faces should be there to re download.

Its a strange one. When i do download them again it does say transferring to phone etc but just doesn't give me the option to change them when I hold the watch face down like it used to

@Frozenwhite: If you launch the Galaxy Wearables app on your connected mobile phone and tap 'Watch Faces', can you see your downloaded options here?

No. It just seems stuck on loading watch faces

agreed this doesn't work. Samsung what is going on?? please sort this out 🙏😡😤
