Hi,
I was training and ran a half marathon. Upon completion of the half marathon it was clear that I hadn't trained enough.
According to my watch I had ran 24.74km in 2hrs 14 mins where my official time was 21.08km on 2hrs 14 mins.
I started my watch timing as I passed the start line and ended as I passed the finish line. How can the distance be so wrong? 3km is quite substantial.
Any tips on how to rectify would be greatly appreciated.
