Samsung galaxy watch burn marks

Hi, recently purchased a samsung galaxy watch G3 and I have developed a rash on my wrist where the watch head and straps rest. Do's anyone know what the process is for samsung? Will they refund  me if I cannot use this item? Thanks in advance

Based on the nature of your query I recommend contacting the Samsung Help Desk directly on 0333 000 0333, where an advisor will be able to assist you further. In the meantime you may wish to contact your GP to explore the possibility of an allergic reaction to the silicone strap.
