Samsung Galaxy Watch Active

I keep getting warning on my watch and it turns it self off. Saying it needs to cool down just after 2-4min being turned on. Watch it self is not even warm. Any ideas how to fix this? I also have the latest updates. 20 month wearing daily with no issues  - don't want to buy new one.

I exactly had the same message on my watch, it actually went very hot on my arm for a min n i took it off very quickly. I got very scared. It switched off straight away. N switched back on after 5mins. Its done that twice so far n not getting any luck with samsung customer service.

I have tried to reset it etc no luck 😑 sometimes it just turns on and goes off
Feeling absolutely lost without it

Same here, i called samsung no answer. Did chat to samsung tech guy, they just told me do factory reset n reboot. I did that this morning n it seems to be ok for today. But if it happens again ll be sending it to Samsung as mine got very hot instantly twice.
