So my galaxy watch actives doesnt work anymore, well it does but the screen doenst turn on anymore. I saw it lighting up white and than it shut off. So thats not my problem my problem is that i have some scratches on the side of my watch. Does that have any influence on the warranty, do i have to pay for the repair now?

Hi @Gideon3 ,

I'm sorry to hear that you are having this issue. The watch would be covered under warranty as long as you purchased this within 24 months and it doesn't present any accidental/physical damage, liquid ingress, or signs of rooting.

If you are in the UK you can arrange a repair from here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/repair/?_gl=1*7uiuxk*_up*MQ..&gclid=CjwKCAjwjtOTBhAvEiwASG4bCAiPT...

For any other countries please do follow this link to find our team details: https://www.samsung.com/uk/function/ipredirection/ipredirectionLocalList/

I won't be able to say and would recommend taking this to one of our Support Centres if you have any nearby so they can find the fault and advise you whether this will be covered under warranty @Gideon3 .

Wait does the warranty activate as soon as you buy the item or as soon as you start the watch

@assma: The warranty automatically activates on the purchase date, as shown on your invoice/receipt, and runs for 24 months.
