Samsung Galaxy Watch Active - Broken screen

Dear all,

This is my first time here and I actually don't find any answer here so ... here I am !
Do you know if wearables can be repaired ?

I gifted my sister with a Galaxy Watch Active in April. Unfortunately, her cat decided to make the watch do a backflip from the desk to the ground and the screen is now broken.

I am a bit resistant to the idea of just buying a new one so I'm wondering if this type of product can be repaired, since it's little and the screen is one of the most important part.

Should still be under guarantee unless got second hand so should possibly be able send back for repair or replacement.
Try getting in touch with manufacturer or company got it from and ask them about it.

The watch is brand new so it's still under guarantee.

It's still under guarantee (2 years guarantee in Europe) but I don't believe the guarantee cover damages due to an inappropriate use of the device which is the case here.

I will ask Samsung if they can provide a replacement, just in case
