Hello, I have a problem with the samsung watch active 2 ... I have a contract for a watch including samsung s 29 plus 5 g ... My phone broke so I paired the watch with the huawei p20 pro and the problem is that when someone calls and I answer through the watch, I can hear the interlocutor and the interlocutor does not hear me, what could be the reason, I tried to pair with other phones and the problem repeats or there is a possibility that the microphone in my watch has broken or something else, please

Only that it is for the phone and I need it for the watch ... I did a hard reset, I re-entered everything and the problem is still the same ... Oh, sorry about that. I would suggest giving this a go to see if the issue persists with a Samsung phone, if it does the watch will need to be repaired. You can find all the options available for this here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/repair/
