Was your wrist sweating? Something when I leave the watch on for a long time without giving it a break like some air. It does sweat and start to irritate.

I take my watch off for few days an put it back on. It's no difference to my Apple watch and Fitbit.

Shouldn't have to take it off as I use it to monitor my seizures in my sleep 😒
