I've got a rash from the strap and Samsung wanted it sent back so they can check for defects. I've changed strap and no issues told Samsung that. Then I get a phone call saying send photos back in and we will sort some kind of voucher out if I'm sure it's the strap. We'll it is the strap just like thousands of others who have had sane problem Samsung now said they left voicemail and emailed on 19th Feb but they never just all lies. Its not good enough all the years people have complained about the strap and they are still using same kind of strap why don't they change it. I won't be getting any more from you
