Try asking Tidal.

My advice comes from being a UK Samsung iPhone user.

Current Devices:
  • iPhone 14 Pro 256GB Deep Purple
  • Samsung Galaxy Buds+ > Model: SM-R175.

@Timoxi: I'm not sure about the availability of Tidal on the Galaxy Watch 4, I'm afraid. What I'd suggest is making sure you're on the latest software via Settings > Software Update on the watch itself, or Watch Settings > Watch Software Update on the Galaxy Wearables app, then check the Google Play Store on the watch. If Tidal doesn't appear in your search, then it is currently unavailable. If this is the case then, as per the advice offered by @WelshPaul I recommend reaching out to the developers themselves for further clarification surrounding it's future availability.

This has nothing to do with Samsung. Tidal don't have any WearOS app available for their platform and so no matter what Google based watch the OP uses, Tidal will not be available for use with it.

I use TideChart. It works on my Samsung S21 and on my Galaxy Watch 4 Classic 46 mm.
