Samsung Galaxy S7 Synch issues with Samsung Health and Samsung Gear Fit

I had an automatic update carried out on 28th June. Since then I'm having issues synching my Gear Fit with the Samsung Health App. All are showing as up to date. Steps transfer over to SHealth, but Sleep Data and Excerise sessions aren't? Had a look at Security, Updates, Bluetooth, Fit Manager but can't see anything obvious. A few others appear to have similar problems when reviewing the comments against Samsung Health in Playstore but none appear to be resolved. I've also seen that some are having issues with the GearFit2 which I was looking at upgrading too in September (Birthday present to myself).

 

Can anyone help?
