Hi there. I hope you can help . I have recently bought a set of Galaxy Buds Plus SM-R175 . I can pair them to my Samsung Galaxy S20 5G via bluetooth and play audio through them but I cannot get the Galaxy Wearable App to manage them. The app says they are connect on the front screen but when I tap on the buds in the app, it says "Disconnected from earbuds" and options such as Ambient Sound and Equaliser are greyed out.
I have tried the following:
All of the above have failed to resolve the issue. Can you please advise if there is anything else I can try or will I have to report a fault with the buds?
