Samsung Galaxy Buds+ Volume Balance Issue

Hi, 

I've been using my Galaxy Buds+, I noticed that the right earbud is significantly quiter than the left earbud. I would say about 75% quieter. When I put the left bud in, it chime as usual but now when I put the right bud in, it doesn't chime at all. 

Please give me a solution?

I still haven't found any solution to this major issue that actually works for me.

I have the same issue.

Left Bud+ was quieter. I put it down to a budget opera recording I was listening to but it got progressively quieter.

I wondered if it was the battery but I haven't let it run down to nothing or charged when cold

They haven't been rained on. They've been kept clean.

It sounds like the driver is still operational and intact just very faint.

I've looked online for solutions. I've no other devices to pair the Buds+ to, so I can rule out if it's a problem between just the mobile telephone handset and the Buds+ or in the Buds

It's annoying that sometimes the battery indicator shows for each Bud+ and sometimes just shows presumably an average of the two.

I've reset, unpaired, tried different settings to no avail.
