SAMSUNG GALAXY BUDS LOW VOLUME - RIGHT EAR BUD

After recieving my samsung galaxy buds as part of the note 10+ promotion, I have recently noticed the volume from the right ear bud decreasing.

I have tried several solutions - resetting, disconnect, switching devices, changing touchpad function etc. at this point it feels like I have tried everything - but NOTHING is working.

I am very dissapointed at this, and would appreciate any help that anyone can offer...!

Tried resetting and pairing with another device as well as making sure there is no blockage

Long shot but blow in the bud that's not working , heard it on YouTube that it can help with one bud not working
