I cannot find this link anywhere now, today the claims window opens, does anyone have a link please ?

Same issue here, it will accept dates from the 26th onwards but it states you have to enter the purchase date. Have emailed support, let's see if I get a response.

I just put mine in with the wrong date on, will probably get rejected but I did upload my proof of purchase, hope they realise its there mistake lol

This should now be working! I've just tried it on my end and managed to choose a date between 10th August and 25th August. 

 

It may have had a few issues as we're using the same page for 2 different promotions and 2 different dates.

Just submitted my Buds claim for my Galaxy Watch 5 purchased on 11/8/2022 and all went through OK. Just received text and email to confirm my claim is validated so looks like all working fine now.
