Having problems claiming my ear buds i click on claim my buds and just get a blank screen. Is anybody else experiencing this or know how to sort it. Cheers

no having problems myself claiming the bus live nightmare if I work it out I'll let you know

clovk the link it will take u straight to the claims procedure but make sure you have a digital copy or ur purchase before hand

Hi!

If you're in the UK, you can give the promotions line a ring. From my experience, they're pretty nice and understanding.
