Samsung Buds Pro - Call and WebEx Issue

Hi a number of people mention whenever it talk, when making a phone call or a WebEx call using either my Fold 3 or Tab S8 Ultra, that the first second is missed.
I tried without the Buds Pro, just the device speaker, microphone and it is fine.

Anyone else expereincing i assume a latency issue ?
I would not have known until people finally told me.
