I'm facing a problem with my Samsung buds where the left bud is not contacting
in the wearable app next to the left bud there is ! and the right one is working fine
I tried to charge it overnight, unpaired-pair, reinstall the wearable app but still the left bud is not working at all
how can I fix this problem????

In wearables app under settings reset the buds , then repair , hope it sorts it

Hi Reema, Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your Galaxy Buds. Here's a few things that you can try:
1. Place both buds in the charging case for 10-15 seconds, then place them back in your ears.
2. Disable Bluetooth on the connected mobile device for around 20 seconds then re-enable it.
3. Open the Galaxy Wearables app > About Earbuds > Reset Earbuds
