Samsung Buds + - Left bud volume lower than right bud.

Hello,

I am currently having issues with my left bud. The volume is way lower than the right bud. I have tried resetting the buds, cleaning the buds and pairing with another device and none have fixed the problem, although the cleaning did make a slight improvement.

Just wondering did anyone else have same issue and if the product is faulty.

Can you use the Find My Earbuds feature to determine if the sound is balanced? Do not use this feature when wearing the Galaxy Buds as it may result in hearing damage.

1. On your phone, open the Galaxy Wearables app.

2. Select Find My Earbuds.

3. Select the magnifying glass icon. Your Galaxy Buds will now begin beeping.

Is the sound balanced in both Galaxy Buds?
