Samsung active watch gives me a rash

Why does the active watch give me a rash after a couple of days. I've taken it off and cleaned watch and strap but still got a rash. Samsung sort your rubbish out is not happened with any other watch

It's most likely a sweat rash calm down

Hi,
Some samsung members mentioned about this rash. Best advice is to replace the strap.

Yep if it's the original strap for the watch change it, I changed mine to a stainless steel one, and I haven't had any problems since then, coming on 2yrs
